Over the years Cody has developed a strong understanding of what defines a skilled tradesperson in a fast paced industry. Relationships are at the forefront of how he operates, whether it is on the golf course, down at his local watering hole, or on one of Heights job sites throughout the South Island.

Cody is no stranger in the Dunedin market having grown up here and also starting his industrial recruitment career back in 2017. A short few years later, Heights was born.

Dunedin born and bred Sam knows his backyard well and is tackling the trades and civil sectors in Otago. With the trades already running through his blood, he is no stranger to the construction game and knows what top talent looks like.

Sam takes a personable approach to his desk and puts a huge emphasis on building out his relationships. If he's not onsite or in the office, he's most likely out on his local golf course sneaking in 9 holes after work.

Darcia is kicking goals in our Christchurch team in the Civil and Logistics space! Darce comes from an extensive sales background working in the construction management and I.T scene, before jumping onboard with Heights. Having visited 30 countries by the age of 30, Darce has some incredible stories to tell and there’s never a dull moment on her site visits.

Darce has an unmatched focus for her clients and candidates, which has seen her making impressive strides in Christchurch.
